Kindergarten - 2nd Grade: The Littles

1st Grade: Mrs. Meng

Mrs. Meng has 4 years classroom experience and is in pursuit of her BA to add to her AA in Elementary Education. Mrs. Meng teaches first grade here at Providence. When she is not teaching, she enjoys camping with her husband of 19 years and their 4 children, reading, and gardening.

2nd Grade: Mrs. Kirkland

Mrs. Kirkland has earned an AA in Early Education and has taught 2nd grade at PCA for 2 years. She has 17 years experience working in education. When she isn't in the classroom, she enjoys memory-making with her family on mini-adventures, both near and far. Mrs. Kirkland is also a member of the PCA Admin Team.

Title 1: Mrs. Donaldson

Mrs. Donaldson has an MA in Educational Leadership and is a 30 year teaching veteran. She is the former principal of Hampton Elementary. She enjoys working with students, the Bradford County Educational Foundation, and traveling. 


Title I is a program that allows students who are experiencing academic difficulties in math and reading to receive extra, specialized attention during the school day. PCA is the only private school in Bradford county to have one on staff.

3rd Grade - 5th Grade: The Middles

Mrs. Ennis: 3rd - 5th Grade Math

A teacher for the last 9 years, Mrs. Ennis teaches math to our "middles." (Much like middle school, the 3rd-5th grade classes at PCA rotate through 3 core teachers during the day.) Mrs. Ennis has earned her AA in Elementary Education and is currently pursuing her BA. Outside the classroom she enjoys reading, spending time with family and friends, and baking.

Mrs. Qualls: 3rd - 5th Grade ELA

Mrs. Qualls has recently completed her BA and is in pursuit of her MA in Educational Leadership. She is the 3rd-5th grade ELA (English Language Arts) teacher. Mrs. Qualls enjoys shopping, singing, picnics, and traveling.

Mrs. Elkins: 3rd - 5th Grade Science/Social Studies

Mrs. Elkins, a 21 year education veteran, has taught kindergarten at PCA for the last 2 years, and this year entered into the middle grades. She is a certified paraprofessional specializing in exceptional student education. Her favorite  subject to teach is science. Outside the classroom, Mrs. Elkins enjoys spending time with her family.


Mrs. Elkins also works as a member of the PCA Admin Team.

6th - 12th Grade: Upper Division

Mr. Walker: Bible

Mr. Walker, a Christian Ministries major at Liberty University, teaches Bible to the 6th through 12th grade students. His favorite topics include the book of Daniel and the narrative of the life of Christ. Outside of the classroom Mr. Walker enjoys football, movies, reading on leadership, playing guitar, and serving at church.

Mr. Elkins: Math

Mr. Elkins graduated with an AA from FCCJ and Jacksonville Baptist Theological Seminary with his BA. He has been working in the classroom for the last 11 years. He loves serving his community as the senior pastor of LOGO church in Lawtey. Mr. Elkins has been in the ministry for 31 years, and also serves as the campus chaplain.

Mrs. Manning has earned a BA and has taught English for 3 years. In her time outside the classroom, she enjoys travel, reading, and learning new things.

Mr. Massey has worked in education for the last 8 years. With an AA in Education, Mr. Massey teaches history and social studies to the upper division. When not teaching, he enjoys reading (historical documents, comics, fantasy, sci-fi...), playing video games, and trying new foods.

Also known as our "Chaos Coordinator," Mrs. Sapp loves to watch to-do piles dwindle and to drink iced coffee. She has earned her MBA, and serves as a member of the Admin Team.
